Identity theft is rampant in today’s tech-savvy environment. However, fraud is not reserved to those relying on technology to pay bills and consume. While driving to an appointment the other day I heard a news report about “grandchildren” calling seniors form overseas saying they were urgently in need of money. Sadly, some people fell for the scam. So, I took some time to look up a pretty good article on protecting seniors from scammers written by the National Council on Aging. Take a look and be safe!
